Food Delivery (Shipping)

• We ship food to any zip code in Virginia, DC, and Maryland!
• Orders are shipped via UPS and scheduled to be delivered the next business day. To make sure your items are in transit for no more than one day, we ship on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (except when those days fall on holidays)
• Orders are packed in insulated boxes with cold packs. Your orders should arrive frozen - except for eggs - but will be fine and safe if they're thawed as long as they're cold

Food Delivery (Door to Door Delivery)

• A more affordable door to door delivery option is available to a few locations, check our delivery locations to see if we do door to door to your zip code. 
• There's a flat delivery fee ranging from $5 - $14 depending on where you're located. It's the same fee whether you buy one dozen eggs or thirty chickens.
• Eggs, meat, and poultry are delivered directly to your door by our delivery driver.
• To keep packaging costs low, the packages are not insulated, but orders are delivered frozen solid (except for eggs) in a corrugated cardboard box
• We recommend leaving a cooler out, or leaving instructions with your apartment/condo reception, if there's a chance you won't be home when we deliver
• We pack orders every Friday for delivery the following week.
• On Monday we send out an email that gives your delivery date and a (very approximate) delivery time.
• Our delivery schedule: Tuesday (DC and Maryland), Wednesday (northern Virginia), Thursday (Fredericksburg and Charlottesville), Friday (Richmond and the Northern Neck of VA)

Pet Treat Delivery

These are shipped via USPS, typically on Tuesday and Fridays. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Merch Delivery

These are shipped via a third-party fulfillment service, typically UPS or USPS. We generally process these orders the same day they're placed and you'll receive an email with shipping and tracking info once the order has shipped.
